Un magasin complet pour toutes les fêtes ! C'est super! J'ai été très étonnée, positivement bien sûr ! Parcontre, c'est nettement plus cher que le marché...pour des produits qui ne sont pas de si bonne qualité que ça. La tenue de spiderman de mon fils, niveau finitions, c'était pas ça du tout.

Absolutely atrocious customer Service,no greeting whatsoever, The minute I entered the store employees noticed me and kept talking amongst themselves! No one even asked if I need any assistance as I was wondering around the. Store trying to find the stuff I needed , when I was ready to pay , no of the employees attended the front desk and when I asked politely “ excuse me can you help me here” female employee yelled that you have to ring the bell at counter 3 then someone will help you! She said that while she was just trying to fix a shelf!! I think in their eyes thats more important than a customer who is waiting yo pay 💰!! Then another employee showed up and reached out and grab the bell from underneath the counter !! And put it in front of me at counter 4 !! This as my first and probably last time I used this store for my needs ! Absolutely garbage customer service!

If I could give a zero on the stars I would. I spent $100s of dollars on balloons and one important one deflated! In the mean time of birthday chaos i couldn't get back to the store to get it replaced. My husband went to party city in a Canadian tire to solve our problem fast. After the party I was away so 4 days after they said I missed the 3 day replacement. Which when I called I wasn't told about that. I was told I could come back and get my money back for the one balloon that deflated. I was told I should of read the reciept and it also says in-store on counter. Thanks for making me feel stupid. Train your staff and be more kind. Your staff sucks. I will never step foot in this store again.

***Update head office was very kind and refunded the one balloon. I still would never go back to Poco Party City but I would shop at other locations.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. 3 of the items I got completely broke. A set of 8 decor necklaces 3 broke just by touch. The boa already shredded. Then I have 2 balloons. They got water damage from a little bit of rain and caused the colouring to drip down on some areas. within an hour of purchase one of the balloons just popped. This was for a birthday party and birthday girl walked in onto popped balloons. It was not useable at all. I paid to much money for rubbish. Associates need training to. I understand the store is short staff but don’t give me attitude. I asked for a 2&1 balloon and guy came back with a 2&8 I calmly corrected him that the 8 was supposed to be a 1 and he snapped back saying we’re short staffed and proceeded to scan the item. I then again said it’s the wrong number and asked him to get the correct one and he rolled his eyes to go fetch the new one. Please work on it customer service

I have been visiting this store for the last 7 yrs and today for the first time I had an excellent customer service at the till by one gentleman named Carlos. This person helped me beyond my expectations and I was very pleased. You guys need to hire more people like Carlos.

What a beautiful store. Big store with lots of products for parties. Costumes, candies, backing products, decorations, surprises for children and more. Prices are bit expensive. The store organized well. There is a big parking lot for free. It was fun visiting here.

I had an online order but I choose to pick them up from inside the store, it was an easy process. I think it needs a bit more organized system for pick up. The store is great as you can find all party supplies that you need and with good price. I think that I will buy from there again.

We bought a helium “2” balloon for my daughter’s 2nd birthday that popped spontaneously within 12 hours. This happened 3 times, all popping along the same seam. After being accused of having the balloons near heat or lights, they refused to refund for the poor quality product. We bought one from a local dollar store which has lasted for over two weeks now. Thanks to the overpriced popping balloons and zero customer service, Party City has lost a loyal customer.
