Très grand magasin et très beau

I ordered Christmas decorations and they all came with serious defects. One $15 ornament came with a missing eye, the other ornament I ordered precisely because it had a charm with the year on it came without said charm. And the two frame ornaments I ordered came scratched beyond belief. Now I either need to send them back (at a cost to me), or drive to the store to return (costing me still more money) and hopefully get a discount or a refund which neither will cover my cost in time and gas to get there. The chances of these ornaments still being in store after the couple of weeks of waiting for my package are slim to none. This is the LAST time I order from Michael's online. Had a similar problem a couple of years ago when I ordered online and they said that was an unfortunate yet rare incident because they would never ship damaged items. Yeah, right. For the price they charge for their stuff, it should come to me in MINT condition. Seriously.

Ordered and paid for items online for pick up, got a text they were ready then showed up and the items were missing. The in-store pick up is right next to the exit door, I'm assuming they were stolen. I mentioned to the manager working Wed, Dec 18th at 650pm that they should move the pick up items to a more secure location. She was very passive and shrugged saying "we just do what head office tells us".

The only negative thing I hate to say is that I always spend more than I intended because they have so much cool stuff! The groovy spooky section for this Halloween is incredible. Staff are friendly and helpful. Recent upgrade to self-checkout allows fast checkout and there is always someone there to help

One of my favorite stores. They were always friendly and helpful but I do not like the self help cash machines. One is ok but all of them? It takes away from the friendly atmosphere.

I was disappointed to go to Michael's on February 8th to find it was all self checkout. A staff member came over to direct me to a self checkout terminal and when I said Oh there are no cashier's anymore. She said we could try to find you one of you need one.

The website for this location finally updated their website to indicate that the item that I wanted to purchase was not in stock. I drove to the store for the fifth time to purchase this item, only to find out that, once again, it was not yet in stock. I’m very disappointed that the website did not have my item in the first place, and then when it finally did, the stock at my local store was incorrect. This is less a problem with my local Michael’s location and more of a failure on behalf of the website management company.

Well todays Dec,10,2024 me and my daughter go to Kingston Michaels , try looking for "airbrush paint" so when we got there ask a staff " did you guys have any airbrush paint ? and they said they don't ...... so why when google search "airbrush paint" first store name come up is Michaels ?
